Leave the material alone. Do not drill it, sand it, cut it, break it or sweep up debris from it, and do not put a pressure washer near an asbestos cement roof. Asbestos that is in good condition and left undisturbed is not releasing fibres, and disturbing it is what creates the risk.
You cannot identify asbestos by looking at it, however experienced you are, so nobody can tell you what you have from a photograph alone. What a photograph does help with is deciding what to arrange, which is why it is worth sending one.
